CLS Distribution Network Sdn Bhd is a Logistics company with a specific FOCUS on providing transport and warehouse services for the Retail industry in Malaysia. Established in 2003, we are now the leading third-party consolidator in the country.

Our core activity is the consolidation of goods for hypermarkets, supermarkets and other retail outlets to whom we provide transportation and distribution services.

We also provide total solutions in all other logistics matters including the long and short-term lease of warehousing & cold room services, the handling of return goods and the packaging of goods including repackaging, labeling and bar-coding and & to simplify matters even further, we process all required official documentation such as delivery orders, invoices and purchase orders.

The answer to this is because we focus specifically on the mass retail industry, we have managed to integrate all our services in order to provide total logistics solutions for even the most complicated of requests. We are also equipped with state-of-the art facilities in electronic commerce to track, monitor and retrieve delivery information at all times and to ease communication with all our customers.

• CLS Call Centre 

Customers just need to call the CLS CallCentre to provide pick up instruction in order to initiate collections. OurPick up Services is available throughout Klang Valley while outstation pick-upsare on designated days only in fact, our Call Centre (Dial 03-5191 5555) canalso provide you with information on returns management, warehousingmanagement, stock system & cold room services. 

• Return Management

Not only do we get your goods to the hypermarkets, but in the event of stock returns, we have the experience and expertise to ensure you will receive your goods back intact. We will also be able to keep you constantly updated about your return goods from date of collection to date of delivery to your doorstop and all at just a minimal administrative fee.

• Warehousing

With extensive experience in warehousing, our team will coordinate, organize and facilitate your delivery order with ease and efficiency. Equipped with automated loading and off-loading bays to ensure the smooth and speedy flow of goods, our team of forklift operators and stackers further provide efficient stock withdrawal and replenishment rates and no matter if you choose to have your goods palletised or un-palletised, either way you will be serviced by our state-of-the-art stock management system that produces daily, weekly and monthly stock reports for your perusal and record.

• Security

Our warehouse facility is manned by 24-hour guard patrol and equipped with Close Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm system to form our in-house security system. Our on-ground security is also at the highest level with thorough checks performed on every vehicle entering and exiting the premises. Only authorized personnel are allowed into the warehouses while visitors have limited access.

• Accessibility

We are located in a Prime Shah Alam area, our offices and warehouses are conveniently accessible through the KESAS highway (en route to West Port and Port Klang), and the ELITE highway (towards KLIA). This ensures we are able to draw stocks quickly and then deliver your goods to any destination within Peninsula Malaysia in the fastest time possible.
